1. Custom Made Items
Because all dresses are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or significantly different from what was agreed.
2. Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
3. Alterations
We offer one round of alterations free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
